Years of experience in automation, MES, and ERP integration revealedthe same story everywhere. Data was scattered across systems, production lines, and spreadsheets. Management lacked visibility, and the shop floor operated like a black box. OT teams fought with isolated tools while IT struggled to keep up with constant demands.

We did not just observe this problem, we lived it. Since 2020, our mission has been clear. Factories deserve more than fragmented systems and delayed insights. They need a clean, structured data foundation and tools that make information accessible to everyone. OctoCore was built for the people who know production best. It enables OT and management alike to monitor, analyze, and act on data in real time without waiting for lengthy IT projects.

In 2024, that mission brought two companies together. Octotronic contributed its deep expertise in integration and industrial data infrastructure. VISENSE brought advanced shop-floor analytics and visual intelligence. Their merger created Octotronic and their joint product OctoCore, the unified data foundation and toolbox that enables factories to scale Industrial AI in the real world.
